[2020] [Bug/Glitch]Nightwatcher Mask - German Translation wrong

The translation show "Impus-Scanner-Tempo", but it should be "Impuls-Scanner-Tempo". Just a small typo and easy to fix. Maybe it is wrong in the english language also, didn´t checked that :-) There it should be "Impulse" instead of "Impus"
