[2021] Dark Zone Perks Available at the Base of Operations

I have a message at the bottom left of my screen saying !Dark Zone Perks Available at the Base of Operations, and it won't go away, all perks are assigned, and a respec isn't clearing out the problem. Having this message camping the screen 24/7 is killing the game right now, please help, thanks!
