In case you didn’t know, max damage to health on an LMG is actually 10%, even though the max roll on the weapon is only 9.5%.
You can check this by looking at your stats.

Sure. The 9.5 has the max roll glow, but on the stats page, it's 10%. The actual health damage is 10%, as tested on the range.
It's not quite the same issue as Pistol Damage - the max roll in the library is 9.5% as well. It was only when I couldn't reconcile range damage to the stats that I realised it's actually 10%.
