I've been prowling this sub looking for info on the new Mantis mmr dropping. I noticed some folks saying they got theirs through a bug in purchasing season 2.
Now, I'm not asking about acquiring items, but when I went into Ubisoft store, the only purchase I see available is WoNY, and I own that. How do I get season 2, or do I already have it? Thanks!

So if you have the Warlords of New York expansion then you already have access to Season 2 - it just hasn't started yet (begins on June 23rd).
The Season Pass issue has just allowed some to get some rewards before the Season starts next week. But when it begins you'll be able to get things like the Mantis through standard progression. Hope this helps.
