[2019] So the lvl 4 cps do not drop exotics?

I noticed heroic cps do not drop exotics. Do the heroic bounties drop them?

To clarify: Heroic missions. CPs are not part of the update.

Missions are the source for exotics. Sorry if I worded that in a way that wasn't clear.
