[2020] Dodge City Glitch

After collecting all the required components and attempt to build the error message is warning ... item has already been crafted. I completed that on my original character over a year ago. I have 4 characters and each have the holster as it is a drop now. Wanted to finish this to clear the event and components. I have screenshots but do not know how to link them.
