[2020] Still no Fix for the 3-10 seconds freezes?

I know this question/problems is seen a loot around here but, i tried every fix there on the internet but couldn´t find any solid fix.

(PD: im already aware of my spects limitations like ram/gpu/etc. BUT: I tried the lowest settings and even resolution, i run the game on high settings whit more than 60fps, or lowest whit 100 or more fps, it dosent matter.)

GTX 1060

8 GB
