Hey guys i have a problem and customer support is somehow not avaiable due to covid and things like these, i bought the division 2 (the normal version) last week for like 9.99 and now that i try to log on it says it was a trial mode for some reasson and that i have to buy the actual full game. What am i supposed to do now is there a way i got scammed and somehow paid for a trial without noticing?? I bought it from the original ubisoft site

Welcome to the forums! I would first make sure you're selecting the full game in the Ubisoft Connect library since it can be separate from the trial. If you're still running in to the error I would also recommend trying a reinstall of the game.
