[2019] Apparel Caches are broken in several ways

Firstly, if you buy the apparel cache key packages off of the UBISoft Club rewards they will say when opened you get the same item (for my friend and I it claimed we got a backpack)... in reality you will get cosmetic/apparel items so you need to head to that inventory tab and look for the yellow exclamation (!) marks to see what you got.

Secondly, my friend and I both reached level 10 and was awarded a blue apparel cache yesterday... my friend supposedly got an emote, and I was told I got some swanky new boots. These items NEVER showed up in either inventory, even after playing the game for hours. So for now I would hold off on opening these caches.

I got another apparel reward (I forgot from where) that took 10 minutes to show up in my inventory too, so clearly there's something buggy with relation to the store/game/servers agreeing on what you have unlocked.
