[2019] Pre-load for release isn't available (for PC at least) despite email stating it would be. Support says: "Maybe on the 10th or something".

Just had a little chat with Ubi-support about an email I got yesterday

I got a bit worried as it said I was able to pre-load since the 28th last month, yet got the email yesterday and still wasn't able to pre-load the game. Thought my account was bugged in some way (did a bit of searching on this sub - no real hits about the same thing), as that has happened before (recently with Far Cry New Dawn).

Ubi-support said that it was for the Beta, yet the email doesn't mention the Beta in any way, but only the release of the game, so he understood why I was confused by it - he was as well.

Asked Ubi-support when we could expect pre-load to be available and he said:

RadoslavK (05/03/2019, 10:43:26): Maybe on the 10th or something.

..so here's hoping.

Just wanted to give everyone a heads-up, in case others got the same email and wondered about it.
