[2020] Rutless blueprint missing

I wanted to upgrade the visuals of my Merciless to a Ruthless
But I checked my stash today and all charatcers and my lvl1 Ruthless is missing and there is also no upgrade blueprint where I can use a Merciless instead.

Sorry to hear that your blueprint is missing. I just checked and I noticed that this issue has been already reported to the development team. Additionally, I added your screenshot to it in order to speed up the investigation. Once it's resolved, we are going to let everyone know.
