I have been using this method since Division 1 PTS and it never fails me. follow the steps below:
1. Create a duplicate copy of your Division 2, rename it to "Tom Clancy's The Division 2 PTS" (without "")
2. Proceed with the preload, then change the install path on where you placed the duplicate folder.
3. profit.
Uplay will verify the existing files and checks what is missing, and then it will proceed to download the remaining files for PTS.
