[2019] Massive,we need a statement about Survival!

As everyone knows,ampercamper stated on his Stream,that there is no Plan to Release survival on the division 2. Back in june 2018 Julian gerighty (creative director) said on a stream, He would be incredibly surprised if survival wont Comeback to Washington. So,whats the Point now?Was this a false advertising and teasing from Julian? We need an official statement,because now we have 2 total Different meanings. Massive,is there a Chance to get survival in Washington or was idea cancelled?
