[2021] How do I Unlock Repair Trap in season 5

I have recently returned to D2 after some years out and I have a punctuation mark on the white house that says 9 SHD when I go to the vendor the only thing I see I DO NOT have is the repair trap. From every thing I have read it was a season 1 reward.. It seems strange I would got punished for NOT playing the game and there must be a way for me to unlock it even if it means jumping through 50 hoops to get it instead of the 10 hoops you did in season 1.

Does any one know how I can unlock it in season 5 I am level 90 at the moment.
