Have you tried looking in your Ubisoft Club agent?

I've raised that it seems to be missing from The Division Uplay rewards so will let you know if I get any info when I get it

Tbh best people to ask is us It's our job to find out what's happening within the community and report on it.

I've opened a report for it not appearing on UPLAY and just waiting to see what is happening with it
