Hi there,
For some reason the Manning Zoo mission is not marking as completed for me and thus not allowing me to get to Stage 3. I had no trouble completing the first 3 tasks, but the 4th is not registering. I just ran through the mission against the Outcasts on Normal and returned to DC. In an effort to see if it does anything, I have re-triggered the field research again by switching to the Technician (field research not complete yet) and then back to the Firewall field research. I guess I'll try running through it once more later.
