[2020] [Xbox One] Characters locked out in the Main Menu

Hello everyone,

We're aware of an issue where some players on Xbox One are not able to log into the game as their characters are shown as "Locked" in the main menu, despite owning the Warlords of New York expansion.

Right now, the team is working hard in order to find a solution and deploy it as soon as possible.

We wanted to thank you for your reports and patience while we're working on a fix.

In the meantime, we would like to remind you that:

• To access Warlords of New York you need to own the Warlords of New York expansion on the console you are playing on.
• If you have started the Warlords of New York campaign that Agent requires Warlords of New York to login.
• To access characters that are in the New York campaign or above Level 30 you will require to own Warlords of New York

Update: The Xbox update is rolling out right now. Players will have to restart their console and download a small update. This should allow Xbox players who were previously locked out of the WONY expansion due to content sharing.
