[2020] Isn't this UNFAIR ?

You don't let new exotics to drop in the normal, hard, heroic, even legendary settings because are "Raid" locked right ? But what do you do to stop websites like the : * link removed* from exploiting the game and sale all those without give a ****. Isn't this UNFAIR ? Isn't this CHEATING ?
