[2021] PS5 Audio Issues, Please Help

Has anyone had an issue where just dialogue is not functioning? I have no issues with gun firing, explosions, even some of the NPCs voice lines work.

However when it involves things like Comms, Echos, Cutscenes, or scripted dialogue I get no audio at all. Was working perfectly fine just a couple days ago.

My settings seem fine, audio is at max, using a soundbar and audio is set to Home Cinema. Already tried reinstalling the game, turning my PS5 off and on.

Just really takes me out of the experience whenever I notice happening. Hasn't gone in and out, has stopped working at all together and has not changed.

Checked if my headphones have the same issue, they do not it's simply my soundbar.
