[2021] No enemy damage bars or drops of any kind. HELP

I am not sure if something changed or my game is just glitching. I have played since day one and never had this problem. There are no enemy damage bars above their head and no drops after I wipe out whole control points. Nothing seems to have changed, I checked the settings, rebooted my Xbox series X multiple time. I even did a hard reset and logged out to no change. Any ideas?
