I recently purchased the Warlords of New York expansion on my PlayStation app on my phone because it was on sale and I didnt have access to my PlayStation. For some reason I cannot access the expansion. I go to the helicopter talk to the guy sitting down and it says content no available. My character is at level 30 so I should have access. PlayStation says its not a PlayStation issue. Ubisoft stopped responding to my issue once I told them I purchased it on my phone about a week ago. Anyone else have this issue?

Do you have the content installed under the Add-Ons section for the game? You can check that from the Games Library on your PlayStation.
Additionally, are you using a digital or physical version of the game?
