There is "glitch" with in Field Research: Technician - Stage 4.
There is a objective called "Lightning Round", where you need to kill 6 targets in less then 10 seconds at the shooting range in [the whitehouse].
I buddy and I tried it multiple times, we even used a stopwatch. we completed the objective multiple times but the field reseach did not state that we completed it.
We thinks its glitched, just a heads up to all of you.
