I killed all enemies but the mission did not progress.
Also the lieutenant hasn't spawned yet.
Do I have to redo the whole mission??? That would be very frustrating....
edit: restarted game twice, first time I'm still stuck at the same place, second time I'm back to the beginning of this mission. Wonderful.
