[2019] The no damage bug is back

Thanks for the videos. I'll forward them to the team. We made some adjustments yesterday that were supposed to improve the situation but it's clear that it didn't help on all occasions.

We'll further look into it.

Can we get some more information on this topic, please?

• your platform
• where are you playing from?
• when is this occurring (e.g. immediately after login, after playing for a while, only in specific areas)?
• does restarting the game / the console resolve the issue?
