[2021] Which achievements should I unlock before using the boost in The Division 2?

I played through the all the main missions and strongholds in DC and unlocked world tier 1. I haven't done any black tusk missions. If I boost and go to new york now will I be missing out on any achievements with my character? My goal is to unlock all the achievements on one character.

TLDR: What achievements get locked if I boost my character?

As others suggested, boosting a secondary character can avoid you missing out on some achievements. That way you can maintain your main character to ensure you are able to get all those achievements. :)
