[2020] Graphic flickering and flashing one fine day, was fine previous days, what may be the issue?

Players have been saying that to fix this they have been doing the following:

"Uplay -> Properties -> Verify Files -> (will last some time) Repair corrupted files."

Please let me know if this fixes the issue for you
