Please note it says "Expect a 88-92 GB download" (emphasis mine). If I'm reading it correctly that disagrees with your link...both from UBI. Which is correct? It matters to me since I have a 100GB data cap and wouldn't be able to buy the game if it's ~90GB but probably can if it's ~50GB. So clarification on actual PS4 download size would be appreciated.

So sorry about confusion. Let me double check this information and get back to you. From my understanding, the physical copy contains everything needed for the base game. The title update is only 2 gb, which required the download. But again, I want to double check.
