Anyone else have your order not showing as purchased. I got a confirmation e-mail from ubisoft, but when i click the link to see my order , it comes up as the page does not exist. When i go to my account and orders page , it shows I haven't ordered anything.

Did the order appear in your history after waiting a few hours?
If you are getting an error when trying to open a ticket through this link, would you be able to try opening from another browser?
