I just logged on for the night. I logged out inside the ring safehouse. All of the exits have doors and won't let me out. Tried the next 2 safehouses. Same thing. I now have to spawn at white House and run across the whole map to do next objective. wtf.

For Uplay players, I'd recommend verifying files. I've seen a report or two of this working.
I'm unsure what the equivalent would be for PS4 players, but I would check your Downloads to see if anything is waiting to start up.
