[2020] Migrated from console to PC, think I have a chance to finish the season pass before next Tuesday?

I finished it on the xbox but cant really remember how long it took.

I'm level 38. And will finish warlords tomorrow.

Then its pure grinding the season pass.. think i have a shot?

Say if I did 5 hours a day? (Annual leave, ties in nicely)
