[2019] i login in, get in the game in almost 8 minuten

Hi there , i want just to know if most of you log in so , omg ! almost 8 min ?? i didn't play any game till now to log in so hard , in fact after last update i see the different ,or is from my rig ? i7 4930k 3.40ghz gtx 1080ti 16 gb ram , rampage 4 gene , the game is not on ssd (different 10 sec), it is on WD black , in Div 1 i log in pretty fast.
