Been seeing a lot of points being made about Cassie and her whereabouts. From my own experience, and from what i've read, my conclusion is this:
She's bugged and she needs fixing
Here are the two scenarios:
If you get a countdown timer to when she OPENS, give up, she won't be there.
If you get a countdown timer to when she CLOSES, go there straight away, she will be there.

There are a few issues with Cassie right now and are currently investigated by the team.
We've updated our Known Issues list on the Forums and it includes Cassie's issues.

Thx for reply, but isn't there better way how to access Cassie? Looking for Snitch isn't fun, there is too many spawn points....
Also why vendor in DZ have new stock every day and Cassie only every week?
Well, we're always looking for feedback and suggestions, so if you believe there would be a better way to manage Cassie, I'm all ears (eyes) :P
