Just wanted to throw my complaint in the hat here. It's been 2 days and no sign of my Season Pass content/rewards/DLC. Microsoft says it's an Ubisoft problem. I have already started a ticket, and after submitting everything was told it's up to the Dev Team to possibly implement any fixes. So, word to the wise - if you are planning on making a purchase for Division 1 on xBox I would probably hold off. Support's answer was it's out of their hands and it just sucks that I don't have my stuff that I paid for.

I have purchased 3 copies of each Division game on multiple platforms. Purchased the DLC for these games multiple times. Purchased and gifted the game and content to others that I play with, and done the same for MANY other Ubisoft games and the answer for not getting content I paid for is "oh well, if the devs fix it you might get it". Unacceptable.

There are multiple posts about this here in the forums and no one has said they have a solution.

The team is aware of these issues and they're currently investigating them further, but at this time we do not have any updates to share.
