[2020] Lost Character TWICE ???

Like wtf is happening , I was a level 500 with all the weapons and trick and completed the game after about 9 months of straight playing. As I was playing with a random group I received a bravo error and lost connection. When I restarted the game my character was gone , all my gear all my loot gone like WTF??? So I really like the game and started a new character and made to to level 13 and it happened again ? Like holy crap , I can't play this anymore if I continue to lose my character and gear ? Is it me ?
