[2020] Stuck at black screen

So I wanted to get back to td2 after 90+ hours of gameplay and reinstalled the game. I was able to play the game with no problems whatsoever back then but cant even get to the intro screen now. I probably tried every fix to this problem out there. Any guesses of what I should do now? (I already tried verifying and reinstalling the game)
