Hello guys!

Here are some suggestions for improving the game in two critical aspects: 1)Skill Power and 2)Challenge and Heroic Content

1) I have seen some suggestions about how skill power should work and the most interesting one, IMO, is to scale the skill mods with skill power up to a cap defined by the gear score.

As an example,

A skill mod such a seeker mine damage mod, at GS 500, does +50% damage at a 3000 skill power, so you need 50 of skill power per 1% o damage.
If you have 1500 skill power, your mod will do +25% damage, scaling with your skill power.

As some skills can accept multiple identical mods, you can apply a factor of reduced effectiveness for the second identical mod which is scalable as well.

For example,

If you have a skill power mod adding +50% dmg, the second one does +25% dmg for instance.
If it adds +25% at your current skill power, the second one does +12,5% dmg.

In this way, I think skill power builds, and hybrid builds will become viable again without having to look for blue mods to add some juice to your skills.

2) Challenge and Heroic Content

The higher amount of loot in the challenge and heroic content don't justify the amount of time spent to clear the content right now.
Instead of providing more loot, I would suggest providing better loot like an "augmented version" of the current branded and gear sets.
As an example, the D&H sets high end provides

5% Acc
10% Critical Hit damage
7% Critical Hit chance

An Augmented version would provide

8% Accuracy
14% Critical Hit Damage
12% Critical hit chance

If you complete the full 3 pieces augmented set, I would provide you a bonus of 10% SMG Damage. However, these pieces can be obtained only for completing missions in challenging and Heroic mode and killing the bosses in these missions. That would help the endgame to become more interesting for those who had finished all the content and are at max gear score.

I understand that people are mad with massive as skill power builds are bad right now, but instead of just complaining and providing negative opinions saying "fix it," try to suggest something and be constructive to the game.
