Anyone else that completed season 3 the first time already have all levels checked off and not receiving rewards this time around? I'm trying to get gear for my hardcore toon, but it isn't working like it should.

Because I think that especially the last 40 to 45 seconds show exactly the same issue. Also noteworthy: this is also a Hardcore agent.
