[2020] Donating Fast leather Belt Holster Bug?

On my 4th character, I am trying to get the exotic holster by doing the project.
But for some strange reason, t is bugged or something like that.
I am at the point where I need to donate the Fast Leather Belt, but when I go to the BoO to turn it in, Inaya doesn`t have anything for me.
I don`t think that I am doing anything wrong, but I can`t continue.
Who can help me?

I don`t think I need to go to the saloon right know, because I have not done and lvl CP`s yet.
Hey there, did it let you hand in the Fast Leather Belt? If you managed to hand it in, then it should progress to the next step where you are asked to collect 3 more components from the Level 4 control points.

If you are stuck here and cannot progress, could you post a screenshot here showing the current status?
