I have an account on PS4 The division 2, . While myself and my partner were playing the game in Summit, We were on the 49th floor (it's our first time ever going through the building so all of the loot etc is our first time getting them). Anyway, we got most of the way through the 49th floor, and JUST as we were entering the last room with the Yellow boss in it, My game froze up, i was able to run around by the game wasn't working around me, my partner saw me running on the sport, he was already enaged with the boss so couldn't stop. Anyway eventually i got kicked out of the game with some big red error and had to log back in. This JUST had to happen RIGHT when the 49th floor finished leading to the 50th. So he killed the Yellow boss while i was crashed out, Anyway, he got his Exotic reward for getting to the 50th floor for the first time and a bunch of other stuff. When i eventually got logged back in, it just said "Floor completed" i got about 3500 xp and i think some random loot item, a normal gun i think. Anyway, This happened RIGHT on the achievment of getting half way up the tower, so you're rewarded with a random Exotic, and i got nothing. So my partner got a Sweet Dreams shotgun for completing the 49th floor and getting to the 50th. I crashed out RIGHT as the boss started, and i got nothing. Why would that happen riht there??? I checked my internet connection, was getting 49mbps and 13ms. I can't remember the number but i got a red connectkon error. And because of this i didn't get my 50th floor exotic. Can you help me. Thank you
And of course Ubisoft says "Due to Covid, we're only doing chat support". So i go there "Chat is offline, use another method". And the circle of Death continues.
Can anyone confirm that if indeed you do hit the 50th floor for the first time in summit you get an exotic? My partner got a sweet dreams along with some other lovely stuff... I got XP and a standard gun when i got back on... please help!
