For me Heroic Tooms crashes every time I play it. Usually after you leave the court buildings into the street with the 2 turrets, from then on and in the boss arena. Crashed 3x once at the boss, lost some exotics. Seen quite a few people mention it now, clearly a legit issue that needs to be looked at

Just to be clear, NOT deltas or disconnecting, the whole game/application crashes and has to be restarted

Hey, are you able to provide a video of this happening? and show which location it happens?
I'll make sure it's reported on our end, this does not sound fun. Thanks for reporting agent

Thanks for the response, very much appreciated. I can't record it as PS4 blocks screen recording during certain times and a crash is one of them. It seems to be a common crash, I believe the Playstation error code is just a generic one.

For me it always happens after the court building at some point. I reported the first (PS4 report/suggested actions), but don't report them anymore because it's so close to the boss and want to get back in before I'm kicked from the group / miss the mission.

Dropped loot doesn't remain even if I come back in the same session. (One time the boss dropped an exotic, crashed, came back loaded outside, had to re-run the heroic solo and there was no loot)

I was hoping the others who have said it happens a lot would chime in but as usual the needless downvotes have hidden it.

If it helps, I don't run Coyote or Pulse (I see that's been a guess for the problem), but I do always have either Imperial Dynasty OR the Tardegrade exotic chest on. So perhaps it's exotic related? I can try again tonight with no exotic gear

Hey! Yes my colleague has logged an issue about this and I've added the thread from today to the report for more info. It seems to be an issue our teams are aware of an are looking into. Thanks for the added info i'll forward this to the team and see if it has any impact on the crashes created.
