[2020] cannot login past continue screen. Stuck on 9%

after logging in and selecting my charector, I hit continue but the load screen never gets beyond 9%. I have double checked all my internet connections and speed. This is the only game with a problem. I just uninstalled the game, did a hard reset and downloaded the game again. Still nothing.
