[2020] Seasons 2 page not opening correctly.

I have 2 Characters available, I had progressed through the Season up to level 18. To which I then noticed you could buy a Seasons 2 Pass. So I logged out, logged back into my secondary character to purchase the Seasons Pass, upon the completion of the purchase, on my second characters page, I am unable to open the Seasons tab. When I try, all that comes up is Hornet, with no options whatsoever. But I am still able to access this on my primary Character.

Is there a way to fix this?

Also am I entitled to the 18 levels worth of paid rewards I have missed?
