So Ubisoft's customer support is worse than useless- it won't even let me submit a ticket- I've come, in utter desperation, to here.
Every time I launch the game it gets as far as the "connecting" screen before suddenly crashing. Nothing I do seems to work and as I've said I can't contact customer support. Any ideas? Many thanks.
