[2019] [XBox] Loading stuck at 100% for several minutes. Have tried soft reset on game and hard reset on console. Anyone else having this issue?

I've tried restarting the game, the Xbox, my modem and router. Been sitting here for like 6 minutes now on the most current attempt. It's been a little over 30 minutes total.

Anyone else having issues?

Update - finally got in, but the lag is horrendous. I wonder if someone is DDOSing Ubisoft or Massive. I can't toss my firefly or seekers reliably, and shots from my weapons register 5 seconds after I pull the trigger.
