[2021] [Bug/Glitch]Cluster grenades make no sound when exploding

Hi

Since the latest division 2 update I've been having sound issues. I am trying to determine if this is a problem with the game or a problem with my PC.

I have tried to submit a bug report with a DXDIAG and MSINFO file but the support form just tells me there is an error.

I have:

RTX 3070
Ryzen 5800x

All the latest drivers (chipset, Nvidia, sound etc)

I have tried:
Rolling back drivers
File validation
Reinstalling the game

I'd never noticed it before until the update.

Any ideas?
