I reset my difficulty setting to Challenging and went to do some CP's, I noticed that Navy Plaza was on 1 and all the rest on 3, I got near there and had to clear a Territory Control which bumped it up to level 3 which should have been 4.
I then got the Rogue Agent warning with that awful music playing, no rogue agents in sight. I clear the Navy Plaza control point and the music is still playing, I look all around and nothing. I fast travel back to the BoO and even in the White House the music is still playing, never saw a rogue agent.
Anyone else have a persistent Rogue Agent warning with none to be found?
