[2020] Are disconnects happening more often or is it my connection?

I am on 600 Mbits/s wired connection and recently been getting more frequent disconnects even when running solo or in missions with 3 other players.

When I check the in-game connection status it shows latency 48-50ms, packet loss 0.00% and incoming/outgoing 20 Pps, send rate 1270 Kbps and Receive rate 2400 Kbps (This is on the PS4 NA region).

I am not sure if there is anything I can do, but this morning I got disconnected from two heroic missions during the final boss and sadly when I joined back the mission was over.

Not sure if this is a known issue.

Edit: As other have said, this happens more on Heroic and above difficulty.
