So I beat the game, reached level 30 and decided to take a break from the game for a while. I come back after a few months, download whatever patches/updates I had missed, and upon logging in notice I have 2 characters, both clocking in at lvl 1. What in the heck happened to my original save file and progress?!?!?
I created a ticket (case 10801285) , and went around with Ubisoft "support" staff until they stopped responding all-together. I chased once again, and they closed the ticket. Despite the feeling of being utterly disregarded and the terrible treatment endured, I still want to play their game (game is great, customer service.....not so much). Is there anything that can be done to make like Frozen 2, where the wrongs of the past are made right by some brave soul?
