Hi. I am experiencing whereby the seeker skill does not work at times and I can’t change to other skill.

Have to head back to White House to refresh to get it to work again

Hey domyong, could you elaborate on how the Seekers are not working - whether its target acquisition, falling through the floor on deployment, exploding but not dealing damage, etc. - and what platform are you on?

I believe OP doesn't mean that seekers don't work mechanically, but the skill locks itself and is unusable. It's been happening for quite a while now with other skills too. It results in being unable to use or change your skills. When that happens my team mates can see me having the same skill equipped in both slots although I can't tell if it's the same for the OP.

Is there any chance you'd be able to have a friend take a screenshot or video of that occurring? Any additional details or steps to make that happen would also be appreciated.

Do you recall the context of when/where/how/against whom the skill was used or what happened just before you were no longer able to use it? (I'm also assuming this is still the Seekers, so please correct me if I'm mistaken.)

I'll try, but unfortunately it doesn't happen regularly and so far I've been unable to find any pattern or set of actions which would replicate it. It's not even that easy to spot since the skills seem just normal until I try to use them.

I can make a video presenting the issue, but I imagine without steps leading to it occurring it won't be too helpful.

A video that happens to capture what's going on is supremely helpful - even just getting your platform/username info can help vastly expedite the process on our end.
