Hey there @kayinne, thanks for taking the time to get in touch. I'm sorry to hear that you have been experiencing problems shooting with the left mouse button on The Division 2. Could you please first go through this technical troubleshooting article for me ensuring you have completed all of the steps? I have shared this article, as you might have a third party software installed that is interfering with the controller and preventing it from working fully. The steps included could help amend that.
If you have gone through those steps, but you still encounter problems, could you please perform the following:
- Check all of your peripherals and ensure no other ones are plugged in as these could also be causing interference (flight sticks, other controllers etc...)
- Check your in-game keybindings and double check that they have been set up/binded properly
- Ensure that you have the latest mouse drivers installed (for further assistance on this, please reach out to your mouse manufacturer)
